Young Chozens mission is to speak life into this generation. His music appeals to all people on all levels meeting them where they are at. Born November 13, 1986, music was always a huge part of his life, and with his first Yamaha keyboard at the age of 12 the career began. Growing up through divorce, loneliness, street life, and many other struggles, he made a choice in 2005 to use his life and his music to help make other people's life better. Through this passion his own dreams and aspirations in music have taken flight, and he is now changing the world with his message. Prepare to be touched and inspired, because Young Chozen is bringing a spectacular new sound to a world hungry for something real!!

When asked about his goals with this project, Young Chozen said, "If people don't get anything else, I want this album to let people know that you can make tight music, still live for God, and not compromise who you are. "Young people today do not associate moral standards and integrity with coolness, but I want to let them know you can keep your "Cool" and take a stand." My heart and mission
Yes i love music, but if we can't use the music to help people what is the point? I want every one to be touched by the music, but God has given me a heart specifically to reach young people ages 8 to 18. From this heart I have joined together with a group of amazing people to start the Chozen Life Foundation. The hip hop culture of today is affecting our young people in a negative way. You will find young boys barely old enough to speak singing along to the choruses of rap songs that glorify murder, drug use, sex, and street life. You will see young girls not even old enough to ride a bike without training wheels dancing and doing provocative moves that grown women should not even do. Teens are failing English class yet they memorize whole albums. In a lot of the low-income neighborhoods the only way children think they can get out of their situation is by commiting crimes. Speaking life into the next generation of young people is the mission of the Chozen Life Foundation. Using tangible ways, we want young people to build self confidence, have respect for themeselves and others, have positive role models, have dreams of college, and learn how to pursue their dreams and be something great in life. We see how powerful music is today, and we will use it to the fullest to bring in and inspire the young people of today and tomorrow.
